The Brazilian Coffee that we have is great for bases to blends. Also, a good option for an everyday coffee.
The low grown brazil coffee, requires shorter roast time due to lower bean moisture. As we are targeting this for a bold coffee to balance blends, we chose to take the roast further to develop sweetness.
